Unlike nguy4064, the acid taste lasts all day long and it's been more than a week by now. In the past, it has happened, don't know why or how, then went away by itself. I have taken tums but the bitter taste is still there.

I hav that 2 . its acid reflux. Drink a bunch of milk

I think its a sign that everything is not right in your tummy and you might want to see a doctor if you can find one that knows anything, besides pill pushing. You might want to review your diet also and try to improve what you eat. That includes drinking a lot of alcohol, etc.

It's possible you have acid reflux. It can be tiggered by diet or even by climate.
