My aunt says that when you have your period you should rub the USED pad all over your face to treat acne. Is that true?

Wow. I've never heard that. Not once. Was your aunt being serious? Personally, I wouldn't recommend that to anyone.

I'm fairly certain that's an old wive's tale. I assume that she means that your face needs protein in order to treat acne. I wouldn't recommend following her instructions. Why don't you call a dermotologist and see what he/she says.
