Lost because of the mystery and suspense. I also like the plot and the good looking guys. That is what keeps me watching.

Grey's Anatomy is the best of the two. It's more fun and enjoyable than Lost. I think Grey's Anatomy will be on years longer than Lost.

Lost, because of the complex characters and how they relate to each other, what their lives were like before they came to the island, storylines, suspense and how it is like puzzle that you're trying to solve with each episodes (seeing clues, etc.), which leads to more questions than answers. Oh, it is also emotionally compelling because you care about these characters, as if they were real people in real life and you connect to these characters as well. I'm not really into Grey's Anatomy either, but I'm a huge LOST FRANTIC!! I LOVE LOST!

I watched Grey's Anatomy when the guy had the explosive in him , but i prefer House.
