I'm the same way...Ha Ha.

I think it's because when we drive home, our muscle's start to relax and stiffen up...then we just want to pass out when we finally get home.

We have that chance to whinde down and have to figure out how to spring back into action..

Best idea is to not sit down as soon as you get home... do what needs to be done first, then sit.

Good luck!

Because society is hurry, hurry, hurry rush, rush. rush.
Take the time to enjoy and savor your time off. There is nothing wrong with having me time. Do you have a park you can have lunch at, do you like to bicycle or roller blade rest does not always mean taking a nap.

Do you like nature? Nature always brings my husband and I back to reality that God is the master of all things and most of what we worry about never happens.

Some people relax easier than others. My last job everything was a "holy spirit unction life or death emergency" and as a result people were made to feel guilty if they took their lunch or walked on their lunch break.

As a result I became jangle of nerves and very stressed out my husband steadfast7 for Christmas paid for me to go to therapy to sort out the mess.

Enjoy life treasure each moment hold on to things loosely realize that the best things in life are experienced not acquired.

Best of everything to you Encourager4God.

Because you are so tired from working it's hard to have a lot of energy when you get home. I haven't got a job outside the house anymore and it is much easier to be motivated to do my household chores. Go easy on yourself. Get a houskeeper, window washer, gardener, order the groceries online and have them delivered, if you have children, get a nanny. That should do the trick.

Because by the time you get home you're too tired to do anything that *ought* to be done. Or if you mean on vacations, it's more a mental tiredness. You're sick of doing what "ought" to be done and doing more of it would drive you crazy heh.
