I looked this up online for my son once and it said the average size is around 5 inches long and begins to grow during puberty.

3 to 4 inches when not erect, 5 to 7 inches when erect. Any other size is fine too because it don't make no difference. Puberty is the time when it starts to grow. When you see a little "peach fuzz" hair down there above the penis and you start getting lots more boners, you know things are about to happen! Looking back it seems like overnight I went from having a little boy's "weenie" to a big man sized "dick" but I guess it was a period of several months. Once you are through puberty, that's as big as that sucker is going to get and jacking off has nothing to do with making it bigger!

You got the answer once. It starts at puberty. If you are talking erect size the average is 4.5 to 5.5 inches. That is what the medical books say. There are a lot of different things to change the size. Yes fat, exercise, use. The main thing is ask her how to please her. That way you get it right. If she cares she will show you.
