I think they are pretty courageous. They know the truth about Bush and what he has done to ruin this country into the ground. Bush left a legacy in Texas leaving a very bad record with welfare and all of the wasted tax payers money. Research it.The Dixie Chicks only expressed their disappointment with Bush, the only problem is the people that showed displeasure with their comments are coming from ignorance. Blind love and faith of Country without the responsibilty on bad actions. No one is willing to admit an incompetent leader is making us look bad to the world. Here is some disturbing links only for the courageous.

I think that the whole thing is dumb. I love the dixie chicks and why should people hate her for speaking her mind. Every other celebrity talks about the president but since she is who she is and the whole deal with Tobey Keith... That is how I feel.

I'm in Iraq now. I used to like them, don't care for them at all now. It also seems that the country music genre shares my opinion of them. Although Natalie's remark was directly against President Bush, lots of people took offense to it as though they were directly against the troops. I haven't even seen their Cd's here in the PX. My personal opinion is that she put her foot in her mouth, has an attitude about it now that has also spread to the other two girls, and they are basically committing career suicide.

I think they stood up for what they believed in at a time when most people were scared to say anything. They paid a professional price, but probably feel good about it personally, I'm sure they have enough money.

Maybe they should listen to the "Born in the USA" recording. Or maybe the Star Spangled Banner. Then they might learn something about America.

Everyone is entitled to an opinion. That's what our soldiers fight for everyday. (God bless America, land of the free) I don't happen to necessarily like theirs, but I do appreciate living in this beautiful country that allows everyone to express how they feel.

I don't care. Send them to jail, or praise them for standing up for what they believe in, i still don't like thier music either way.
