Hard to answer if we do not know why she has them in the first place and how long has she had them. If she has had them most of their life they may be better off staying. If she has them because you may have had a drug problem: again, their better off with your sister. (but I do not know why she has them)
For now, you should try moving to CA.
If you are thinking "I don't have the money to move to CA" Then you do not deserve your child. Any real mother would give her life for her child....

File a police kidnapping report. If you haven't been declared an unfit mother by the courts and custody wasn't given to your aunt, then she can't legally withhold your son.

first of all, i have to ask you why does she have your son? i have custody of my 5 nieces and nephews because their mother was on drugs and in jail, but now she's out (and probably going back) and she wants them. i let her visit , but she has no place to live and she hasn't changed a bit. it's better for the kids to have a stable place in their life. so in order to answer your question i would have to know why she has your son.

contact a public lawyer...why won't she give you your son? Does she have custody? otherwise wouldn't that be kidnapping?
