OMG, don't ever think of using Kimchee, it's not only not working, but wil harm your face. If you normal make up remover doesn't work , try some baby oil.

Yes, it will remove makeup, skin, muscle, bone, brains, hair, large trucks, rockets, trains, and perhaps the moon of you could get it there.
