Be honest in up front about it, keeping in mind that they do not need to know every single detail about it. Just be clear that you would like to move on, and wish them well.

The best thing to do is to tell the truth..the truth will set u free. U think u may hurt them but they will feel much better knowing U r not sneaking around on them, that hurts more. sit them down and explain to them how much u still care for them but the real love is now gone. U have to tell though it is only the right thing to do. oh and keep this in mind treat people the way U want to be treated. U wouldn't like it very much if they just kept creeping around on u. TELL TELL TELL.

Either Divorce, or try to fall back in love with that person. Try romantic dinners, or remember why you fell in love with him in the first place, maybe get rid of the other person you love from your life. It's a sticky situation with anything you do.

Counseling would be a good start. Sometimes it is easy to believe the grass is greener on the other side, many discover after they split up that they made a mistake that can not be reversed. It is too easy to give up. Try counseling.

Be COMPLETELY HONEST...
It is OK to fall out of love, just make sure you don't cause your partner any unnecessary pain.....
it might hurt him to know you're feelings have changed, but never as much as it will hurt him to know you lied and cheated..
