I have some extreme knee pain probably because i used to run alot and over the times i picked up a few sprains in my knees.. and this last one i had was one of the worse. now better, but it left me with knee pain ..now i can't jog or do much. i used to do tango class for a while( just 4 weeks) it was great but cant do it anymore. So what social activities can i do?

my hobbies are Drawing, Listening to music( but i can't listen to what other people consider safe cause i have ear problem and it hurts alot), Languages.

i enjoyed the tango lessons but now it's quite difficult, so anything else that could make me as happy as that would make me? it was moving, which was something i liked very much plus it was social..

You should take cooking classes. Learn something new and socialize at the same time.
