well i'm still trying to battle mine...started with antidepressants....but they just made me feel worse...now I just try and focus on the gym, workout as much as possible and talk when I feel sad or emotinal....I might start counseling....but in reality, it won't end until you try to pull yourself out of it....it someitmes takes you to be strong and know that you need to deal and face your issues head on...

Your lowest point in life, is more of an opinion type of thing. If you turn to God, and repent of your sins. You can come out of your lowest point in life, although you will still have to pay the consequences for your actions. God will forgive you and will help you, but you must turn your life to him. Don't give up in this tough time of yours, I will pray for you!

If you're truly at your lowest point, then you know it can only go up from there! At one point in my life I was broke, living in a cockroach infested apartment and on welfare. I now have a fantastic, loving husband, and a nice house in one of the best areas in our town. DON'T GIVE UP HOPE!

You will be the deciding factor on how long it will last. No one can do that for you. I've had some pretty low times in life, but I always remember my faith and it gets me through. I have a sign on my wall and it reads "Nothing is going to happen today that YOU and I can't handle together". It is so true.

It is my experience that your lowest point will last until you do something about it. That sounds rather harsh but unfortunately, so is life.

It won't last forever! I hit some low points at various times, sometimes it's weeks, sometimes even months. If it goes on too long, maybe you should talk to your Dr. about an anti-depressant. It does get better so hang in there.

How long this lasts depends on how you choose to handle this point. If you want to sulk it'll affect other things in your life, but if you decide to quit crying in your beer you can enjoy the suds.

Congratulations !!!

You have reached the lowest point and you know it too!

Now you can only go higher up and all you have to do is take yourself up, higher and higher.

When you decide that it is time to make some internal changes. Sounds hard, but when there is no other alternative you will continue to spiral down.

Good luck mate

It will last until you do something to change it. Don't just sit there wondering when it will end. Do something to end it.
