do u think that telling someone I HAVE SOMETHING TO TELL YOU or something along those lines and then saying NOTHING is considered rude?

yea... cause now u have dat person going crazy thinkin what is it that you have to tell her... and that's too much thinkin and excitement basically... i would think its very very very rude!!!

Not rude. Misleading. Usually when someone starts off with a sentence like that, it is almost always bad news. So when you say that to someone they are already getting worked up to prepare for bad news. Rude...no /Misleading and perhaps a little insensitve also...

Unless of course you say it with a smile... then it's freaking halarious.

Yes, I personally consider it rude! If you had "nothing" to say, why bring it up? They should tell you when they're ready.
