My ultimate suggestion for a healthy and happy disposition (I suffer from depression - not serious) is:
"Happy Camper" pills - distributed through Whole Foods, and
"Olay" Multi-Vitamins (the Hereosexual Kind).
I've been on them for 2 years. I am a happy camper.
They have replaced my prescription for Paxil and Zoloft.

Hello, When you go to a vitamin store to buy vitamins, you must understand that most over the counter vitamins are what they call "food" grade vitamins, which means, if they say they have 95% of a certain ingredient, they can contain as little as 15%. If you are looking for a good "pharmaceutical" grade vitamin, which means if it says 95%, it must contain 95%. You will probably have to get it from a distribution channel, that knows alot about vitamins. I am one such distribution channel. If you want more info, please e-mail me at tmwoard@yahoo.com
Have a great day

Vitamins in pill form are the same whether you get them from a wholefood store or in a cheap plastic supermarket jar. By far the best way of getting them however is by eating a healthy balanced diet.
In tablet form most of them are water soluble so any excess is just going to be peed away and the fat soluble ones (such as A) are poisonous if you take too much.

Vitamins are essential nutrients required in very small amounts and serve as facilatators for normal metabolism, growth and physical well being. Most vitamins are not made in the body so they must be obtained from the diet. For More Info http://www.herbs-wholesale.com/Vitamins/293/1/Vitamins.htm
