I want a job in Human Resources, but since the university I attended did offer a major in it, I majored in management. Now I'm looking for an HR position and I am wondering if my management degree is enough.

I guess it would depend on the company. I would simply ask a few when you get some interviews. Not only would you get your answers but it will also show them you are willing to fit their mold.

You should def. call a person at your local health and human resources office, only because they can give you advice on what they did to get the job. There are many jobs that you can land without having that specific degree. If I were you, I would contact someone in that profession for advice!! :-)

I would think that your past experience would speak faster than the actual type of degree you have obtained.
Do you have experience of any sort that relates to the "new field" that you are trying to start?
Can any of your experience be relative?
You can relay this information in your resume to start.
Then all you can do is try, if you dont try your chances of sucess are limited by your choice to not try.
