Before I further explain my question, I want you all to know that I favor truth over any political party. Wheather a man be Republican or Democrat, if he is right then he is right, but if he is wrong then he is wrong.

That being said, I have noticed a confusion and hypocrisy amongst Democrats. Many of them blamed Bush and his administration for the havoc of 9/11. They claim Bush failed in protecting his people. However, they are then angry at Bush for the war in Iraq, and his inteligence methods.

Of course, I long for all war to be over, but how else could the US prevent further terorists attacts without disabling the terorists? Like it or not, terrorists do not listen to reason or talking. Sometimes one has to fight fire with fire.

Secondly, how else can a terrorist attack be avoided without intercepting their plans? Either we know before hand, or we know when it's too late. I do not want my privacy invaded, but I much less want another 9/11. At the very least, do you see my point?

First of all, yes I do see your point and I'm pleased you had the wherewithall to present it in an intelligent manner.

I agree with you completely, and on every point. While many criticisms can be made about all political parties, the politicians that like to bend the truth more than any other tend to be Democrats. I'm certain there are some die-hard Democratic supporters out there that will disagree, but it'd been my experience that anyone who is open minded and well informed will agree. I have personally voted both Repulican and Democrat during my life, with an occasional venture into some of the lesser known parties as well. I'm looking for the best person for the job- not their party affiliation.

The saddest part of this tale is that so many people are decieved in the first place- by both major parties, but far more frequently by Democrats. My wish is that everyone would set aside their preconceptions and actually research what a given politician is saying, check out their voting record on important issues, and make an informed decision based on facts- not hearsay.

I also agree that war is sometimes a necessary evil. Anyone who disagrees can ask the opinion of a Jew who survived the concentration camps.

Our current President may not have all the answers, but I do believe he is doing the best job he can given the circumstances, and I don't know anyone Republican or Democrat who can do better than to try.

So the answer to your question "Why do Democrats sometimes sound confused on political matters" is, because they are. Democrats are just as human as you, me, Republicans, Independents, Green Party Candidates, and everyone else. Be careful who you vote for.

Terrorists attacks were dealt with without war before Bush came into office. You surely can't believe that George Bush has yours or any of our best interest at heart. He does not miss any sleep thinking about the soldiers and innocents that lose their life. But I bet you he may lose some sleep thinking about his oil wells in Texas.
Democrates sound confused because after Bush was elected everything became extremely corrupt. How can one be logical in a corrupt system that spies and lies more than the usual to which they are accustomed. I really don't think they were prepared to handle this level of corruptness.

You say you favor truth... then why are we in Iraq?

It has no provable "truthful" links to those that attacked us?
It has no WMD?

This is why we are mad... we favor the truth as well... and there does not seem to be any truthful answer to why we are in Iraq...

Bush himself originally said it was to find the WMD, then to "free the people" and now many republicans are linking it to the terrorist attacks of 9-11, with no proof what so ever...

I WOULD SAY TO YOU... FOR SOMETHING TO BE TRUE, IT NEEDS TO HAVE FACTS TO BACK IT UP... THAT IS WHAT THE BUSH ADMINISTRATION IS SORELY LACKING...

And you can tap phones... we just want it to be done with legal oversight... with a warrant... no man should act without oversight... Democrat or Republican... it's a foolish idea to trust anyone that much...

Okay, the Bush-Cheney neocons stole two fake elections, but who's counting? Is anything these people do lawful? Are Demoquacks much different, or are they just playing good cop / bad cop as usual? If the Bush-Cheney regime is impeached, it's unlikely to be for their serious crimes - shared by their powerful opposition - but for abuse of the English language and poor salesmanship. Most Democrats don't question the cause of wars and terrorism, namely a fraudulent private money monopoly - the Federal Reserve Bank - backed by it's ability to bribe and blackmail governments to maintain a big and scary military-industrial complex that steals oil and natural gas for private profit.

It is not that we are confused it is because we are talking to repuglican idiots, the more mentally dimminished of the populace, and before you think this is not based in fact I give you George Bush. Please take him somewhere, please get him out of Washington before he can do any more damage to the country.

It's not that they are confused, its just that they are morally impaired and have trouble justifying their pathetic ideals.
