Nothing to do with race,

If a white bowler comes out with a similar action I'd still think it was suspect.

of course its legal. What do u want him to do to prove that he's innocent? want him to appear in another surgical test? ICC allowed 15 degree limit for each and every bowler. When Murali bowls his normal ball its just 12.5 degree bend. And for Doosra ball its more less.

For the sake of completeness, its not his birth deformity allows him to bowl like this. He's completely legal even with his deformity.

Its just people who cant accept his greatness still claiming for his legality in cricket. I guess its all because he's from subcontinent and has Dark skin

well he has been cleared by the top cricket governing body we have nothing to say and accept the verdict
as far as your question goes you know he has deformity and due to which he has been cleared by the ICC
if similar question arises for other bowler who does not have birth deformity then their are 50-50 chances that he may or may not be cleared by ICC you know that even Harbhajan Singh has been asked to go through all the tests for his action so it really depends on who is there on the panel and what he thinks of the issue and how he interprets the issue and more so the rules prevailing at that particular momment of time will decide his fate

Thanks to the ICC exchanging the measure a bowlers arm can bend, then sure they're authorized. LLuminat, factor one, Lillie on no account bowled circular arm, factor 2, cricket originated in England no longer Australia. I'm no racist and I do not deliver a dam for private glories, whats the factor of getting such a lot of wickets in case your gambling in a crew that constantly will get overwhelmed, would not the luck of the crew be Paramount. It's humorous how swiftly individuals bounce onto the "he have got to be racist when you consider that he does not trust me" bandwagon in this discussion board, no longer all people goes to trust anything at all times, OK, so all people if any person does not trust you do not head for the come citadel zone of he/she have got to be a racist.

Since this action is of a player in subcontinent, this question arises, otherwise it will be a good and wonderful action and no question of legal or illegal will arise.

his action is completely illegal.
