People say a lot of thing about a lot of things ! Don`t pay attention to the people talk !

However if you have not sex enough i think it`s nessesary !

Masturbation is like starting a car you don't drive a lot. You need to rev the engine and let it idle every couple of days so you don't blow a piston when you take it out on the highway.
Just be careful not to slam it in reverse when your driving 65. You could cause a lot of rear end damage.

The masturbation is just a expresión of the sexuality, the conscience of you own placer...is not a sign of desperatión. But if you just think in that, meavy starded a patology, because that limit your life to just a one activity. This kind of patology can growth if you don´t have a equilibrium betwen your social life, your familiary life, you education and yourself. But don´t have fear about your body...have fear about what do you think about you...

it may be a sign of a high sex drive but really it's a way of "release" without needing anyone else. now if it affects your personal life i.e. job, friendships, etc. then you may need to get some help

I believe masturbation is sinful .The bible states it is better to marry than to burn. If you are doing this detestable thing, it is not pleasing to Almighty God.
