I have people using my pictures alot and i really do not know what to charge them. The latest was published in an ad that covered a third of a page in a ATV mag and i never even recieved a photo credit...

if you have not taken the time and invested the effort to copyright the photo, there's nothing you can do about it!

This is weird because people charge thousands to rent pictures. Why shouldn't you get paid if a picture is actually being used? I tried to 'rent' or purchase a picture from Getty images, the cost was astronomical. My advice? Start copywrighting your photos. If someone wants to use it that badly, start the negotiation.
