Try water-proof.But first try it that isn't water -proof and then trace it with waterproof eyeliner.Liquid eyeliner is good too but if you don't know how to use it you could get it in your eyes and it burns a little.

Waterproof eyeliner is really hard to get off. Liquid eyeliner is the best! It gives you a true black color and doesnt smear. It's a little tricky to get use to so try it several times when you have time to get use to it before you try it for real.

Try liquid eyeliner. I use sleek lines liquid eyeliner by avon. It's a liner pen and it goes on much better than the other liquid ones i have used. It goes on easily and it's smudgeproof and doesn't crease. you should check it out it's only like 4 or 5 bucks.

wel if u mustn use eyliner brushes 9tose gel ones that rquir them last foever butt... ) i guess iw ould try a good pencil one like urben decay 24-7 glide on pencil, but beware it takes about 1-2 minutes to dry into a budge prroof line so let it dry for a minute or 2. mac powerpoint last good to and stays long. those are the only 2 pencils that last for my oily eyelids, im sure they will meet your standard.

Mary Kay's MK Signature Eyeliner ($9.50) is really good. It lasts all day long and does not smear.

I personally have learned to use a liquid eye liner and it rarely smears! Any brand will do. Try it!

liquid's probably better than pencil b/c it won't smear as easily. try water-proof, like styli-style brand (it's pencil though). you can find it at C.V.S.
