Blogging to me is a place to go to let everything out (for the most part).

Basically you post an entry and other people can come and read it. It can be good and bad. People can get alot of info about you from reading what you write. But for me, its a way to let out the day's events without another argument with my husband.

If you are interested in blogging...or really need to learn more (and we haven't answered your questions.) Here are a few blog sites...

A frequent, chronological publication of personal thoughts and Web links. A blog is often a mixture of what is happening in a person's life and what is happening on the Web, a kind of hybrid diary/guide site, although there are as many unique types of blogs as there are people. People maintained blogs long before the term was coined, but the trend gained momentum with the introduction of automated published systems, most notably Blogger at blogger.com, and yahoo 360.

I spend hours a day blogging and reading blogs. Their basically short info statements about current events that people put on the net. They stay up to date even by the minute sometimes and are usually about news and politics. I have 212 blogsites in my favorites list in my media file that I read as soon as I get home from work each day.

It's basically an online journal. Anyone can start one. You can choose if it's available to the public or only those that know the web address. You can link to other sites or add pictures. Many use it as their soap box to rant about the various issues going on today. Others use it to keep updated with family and friends. Most are free and simple to use like www.blogger.com
