Try fish oil suppliments. I read an article about it, and have since started supplimenting my vitamins with them. They do seem to be helping. I have to do a lot of heavy duty concentration in my job, so it is an area I am interested in too.

Fish Oil is the best supplement to help with mental focus. Make sure it is a "pharmaceutical" grade fish oil. E-mail me for more info

Try eating walnuts and small piece of cinnamon stick daily. Almonds will also help.
