No, drinking a diet soda is still cutting calories. So you're actually better off ordering a diet soda.

At that point the diet drink isn't going to cause or fix any problems. But if you're eating a low calorie diet it will make a small difference.

Diet soda may not have calories, but that doesn't mean that it is necessarily any better for you. For one thing, sodas tend to have a large amount of sodium in them. Also, it has been scientifically proven that the substances they use in carbonated beverages contribute to bone deterioration and osteoparosis.

Personally, I always order diet coke, just because I prefer the taste. It doesn't make much sense, weight-loss wise, but you get what you want.

It's just a waste of time. If you wanna loose weight then avoid all the fatty foods, soda inclusive. Only in America will someone order A DOUBLE QUARTER POUNDER WITH LARGE FRIES AND "DIET COKE"................

Take a look at who drinks diet soda... is it the skinny, beautiful people, or is it the overweight people needing a soda to accompany their burgers and fries? Beautiful people drink water... lots and lots and always water.

it depends, are you ordering nachos and cheese fries with fried food and a diet coke? then you are fooling yourself...if you exercise and drink diet soda to quench your need for soda and don't drink 1000 oz's your doing yourself good....
