I saw an interview on Inside Edition and it appeared she (?) had an Adam's Apple.

I would say probably not. As best I understand it, most transsexuals have more baggage before the change, because until it happens they feel like they're in the wrong body. So if Ann Coulter used to be a man, then either the operation was done without her consent, or else he really had some messed-up ideas about why he wanted to be a woman (kind of on the Silence of the Lambs level of messed-up).

It could be that she's an unidentified transsexual who _ought_ to be a man, and she just hasn't come to terms with it yet.

She may have been born a man. That should be disturbing for those guys that think she is hot. But then again, she is very irritating to listen to and normally that fits a bitchy female.
Of couse, if she had a sex change, she is probably taking high levels of estrogen replacements and that causes fluctuating hormones and thus 'bitchiness'.
