Try and make them get a jury to convict on that. Sorry, I don't know the answer to that question, but I don't know the cop who would say anything about something like that. I don't know the DA who would prosecute something like that. I don't know the Judge who would hear something like that! And for sure, you're not going to find 6 regular people to convict on something like that. So, if that is what you need to do, then, just go ahead, I am sure, no one will be bothered at all, and if they are, call the media! God Bless. :)

I'm not certain of the legallity of this issue, but I do know at least one friend of mine whose ashes were scattered into the Indian River in Melbourne, Florida. I don't believe the law expressly forbids it.
