its spelled rinnai--they are from japan-- your local gas supplier can help you--136 dollars a year to operate!! is that insane or what?!

we have had 14 installed this yr in the new house we built. have one in my house now. just match the BTU's to the amount of water u might use and u got it. they have a chart to help u. i have 3 baths 4 bedroom house, ( 5 people) and mine is 185,000 BTU. never run out of hot water at any time
