I had a friend years ago who was on a quest to find out the name of the movie you're talking about! I think he finally found it by doing a search on Ebay. Memories... Anyway, sorry I don't know the answer, but I do remember that it was an Australian movie. Hope that helps. Let me know if you figure it out!
