I don't have one, but the biggest con I can think of, is the energy consumption. Make sure it's installed properly, as they do generate a lot of heat. On the pro side, they do work very well, and you never run out of hot water! :)

I actually have the right fin adjustable variety for all 3 of my betta tanks, merely get the single the position it says 10g on the kit and including ghost shrimp could be wonderful, merely be conscious that distinctive betta see shrimp as nutrition and could kill and eat them - I actually have a lady in a 10g with 4 cory catfish and that i love it

they make them to go inside the house or outside if ur worried about venting.
