Emphatically NO! All one has to do is read some of the prejudiced, racist, ignorant stuff that gets posted on here in the form of "questions" to see a pretty good indicator of the racism that still exists.
People still try to see racism as an individual issue, rather than seeing how systemic it is, and has been throughout our nation's history. Untill people become more educated about racism, as opposed to prejudice, I think it will continue.

Absolutely not. It doesn't matter if you are in the most rural or most urban area. If you are in the best or worst neighborhood.. Racism is still an issue and I think that it will be an issue for a very very long time unfortunately.
