They are pretty scratched and dont really have a mirror shine what can i do to make them look new??

If you don't already have one then get ahold of a buffer. If that's not possible just try to use a cloth. Either way you need to use either a stainless steal plish or a chrome polish. Even if you don't have one of those polishes then you can always go the money saver way and use a window cleaner and newspaper it should shine right up!

Get a polishing powder - find one that is used on chrome and aluminum at the auto supply store.

go to truck stop buy wax its made for wheels and tanks won't hurt the metal
