In response to the Black's Beach answer, it is now illegal to traipse nude at that beach. Of course people still do it, and if you are unlucky enough to get caught, there's a nice little fine to pay. You also have to hike down a cliff to get to the beach. The beaches of Nice, France are all nude, so you should go there.

Many years ago, it used to be legal to go nude on Black's Beach in San Diego. But they changed that law a long time ago. The beach is relatively remote and not patrolled very much, so nudists still go there.

UBC in Vancouver B.C. owns a nice nude beach -- you have to hike into it but that keeps the "bluenoses" away.

You can be nude on any beach..... Just remember, it's only illegal if you get caught.
