crunches
abdominals
leg lifts (you can also just hold your legs at a 45 degree angle for a long time)
use the rolling wheel thing where you go forward, and then you gotta pull it back
stay in pushup position and don't move
for obliques, bend to the right, then to the left while holding your hands like when the cops say "stick em up!"

Apart from surgery, such as drastic organ alterations and screwing your jaw shut, diet and exercise are the most commonly cited sources for losing weight around the middle.

I would try figuring out your basic daily consumption of calories. Look at what types of food you are eating. Are you taking a vitamin?

Diets such as a No-Carb diet or those which completely disallow any food should set off alarms for you.

Do not completely cut either fats, proteins, water, or all carbs.

Yes, eating fruit instead of candy bars may help you, and cutting back on carbs is okay, but make sure not to completely cut them out.

Drink between 6-8 8oz glasses of water every day. This actually helps keep you from overeating. Often we think thirst pains are actually hunger pains!

Make sure to eat breakfast upon first waking to wake up your metabolism so that your body burns more calories.

Diets which promise rapid weight loss are generally unsafe. Buying expensive products and never using them isn't the answer either.

A recent study found that women who walked a certain number of miles every day lost the same amount of weight as women who ran those miles.

Talking to your doctor before begininng any health regimen, diet, or exercise, and depending on your age, health, gender, and pregnancy status, you might want to look into light weight lifting, aerobics, and going to the gym.

Consistency and moderacy are the most important things.

Taking a half hour walk everyday, drinking 64 oz of water, stretching, and knowing what your eating choices are will likely have a better long-term effect that a fad diet or deciding to run 8 miles a day for one week before you flake out.

Attempt having a gym buddy or in some way making the exercise a part of your everyday life.

Sorry, but you CANNOT spot reduce, it simply isn't possibe. You will just have to in general have to lose a little weight. The more muscle you have, the more fat you will burn. But beware, you should only weight lift/use weight resistance every other day. The reason for this is because after you use resistance, your muscles need to repair themselves, if you continously lift and do sit ups, push ups, etc...everyday the muscle will never repair, instead, you will tear it, causing more damage. So the rule is EVERY OTHER DAY. Every other day for cardio and every other day for weight training, and don't forget to let yourself rest at least once a week. Also, do not eliminate anything from your diet, your body needs everything to function, including carbs (your body uses that for energy, if you don't have it, it goes to your muscles, you can never gain back lost muscle mass) eat a well rounded diet. Think of it this way, the more colorful...they better. Be sure to allow yourself a treat every day. If you save your treat for the end of the day, you will be more likely to follow your healthy eating plan during the day. And finally...DON'T DIET!!! Make a lifestyle change.

So many answers... dude you're very young. Don't say that "I am a student so I don't get time for anything". You have all the time. Eat whatever you want to. Just go outside in evening and play some outdoor games. Specially Football, Badminton, Cricket etc etc. Play as much as you can. Play football daily for an hour or two and you'll see the changes.

The good ole' fashion way. Eat foods that cause your metabolism to energize your body, portion control, and lots of exercise. For some low impact starter workout, try Pilates (pill-latte-s). These will focus the exercise on the whole body but will also strengthen the trunk muscles which will cause your abs, and mid section to thin out and lean up. 20 minutes 3 times a week min.

If there was a merical cure, we'd all be barbies by now. But theres not. Good'ol fastion sit-ups do the trick. You can do a variety of different sit-ups, (with your knees bent, legs in the air or even bycicle style) Just mess around with em!
