If by 'shemale' you mean a person born male who lives as a woman, (with or without sex reassignment surgery) the obvious answer is no. But if you speak of a woman who lives as a man, assuming she has not had the surgery, and all other things being normal, then it is possible. Basically, only women who were born women, can concieve, carry the pregnancy to term, and deliver a baby.

Only people born female can get pregnant.... So a man who's made into a woman cannot get pregnant. They only make them a vagina.It's not possible to give them ovaries and a womb.

I assume by your use of "shemale" that you are referring to a man who identifies as a woman and has undergone female hormone treatments including breast augmentation--but not so far as to undergo a sex-change procedure. A shemale doesn't have female reproductive organs, so, no.
