No products that I know of. I had tried many things until I stumbled across Weight Watchers 1-2-3 points a couple of years ago. It was easy to follow and the first thing in my life that actually worked. You want to lose weight gradually, as quickly can cause some health problems. I also take apple cider vinegar pills which are completely safe, and a neat multi-vitamin by One-A-Day called WeightSmart. All it is is a multi-vitamin(that you should take anyway)and they have added chromium picolinate, to help you metabolize, and green tea, similiar reason. Very safe and no side effects, plus the little bit of extra energy is a nice thing. :0)
