One of my close friends bought me a louis vuitton bag but i dont know if its real...i knwo you can tell by flawless stiching but how els?

To big daddy i live in very wealthy city where you really arnt to sure who is and is not wealthy ,,, alot of myfriends have real louis.

1. The material on the outside should go all the way around the front of the purse and be upside down in the back.
2. It should say made in the USA
3. The LVs should not be cut off like there should not be an L but no V.
those are all that I know of

First of all, you have to look inside... does it have LV written on a tag on the inside? Does it have the suede lining? Next does it have LV written on all of the zippers, clips, buckles, etc. Lastly, some bags will have the LV pattern/material upside down on the back of the bag and some will have it right side up, I've been told that real ones are made out of one piece of fabric so the LV's would be upside down on the back. Check the Louis Vuitton site is the only other thing I can tell you.

Get a picture of a real Louis Vuitton bag that looks just like it and compare it.Like by the color and sometimes they have a tag on the inside.Or she could've just gone lucky and won it on e-bay for 10 bucks.:o)

I don't think the zipper says LV if it's REAL. Funny that you ask, my friend gave me a fake LV for my 20th b-day and when I found it was fake (a girl from some 3rd world country told me, cuz they make them there -the fake ones-) I threw it away. Well where did she get it from? Does she usually wear fake purses? Can she really afford to pay for a Louis? Think about that, LV's usually run from 1200.00.

well...check the label if it says louis vuitton than its real..and if the things arent in the right shape
