Hi All:) ..If my brain were replaced with someone else's, would I think differently?:)?

That is a very interesting question. If you would be totally different, then that would mean either: we would have no soul and be merely a physical organism, or that our soul resides in the brain.

If you were the same person with a different brain, that would mean that we are more than a physical organism, that we are also a spiritual organism.

Although I haven't decided if ethically it would be good to do a brain transplant, it would be interesting to see what would happen. As a Christian, I would be excited to see what would happen (whatever that means).

Of course you would think differently, because the brain is the site of our thoughts, feelings, memories, intelligence, etc. If you had the brain of some one else, you would be that person with your body. You would not be you anymore.

You would think the same. Of course you would be preocupied with why you are now a scooped out brain on the floor and some other brain is now driving around in your body.
