Spinning is awesome. It is high cardio which is great for belly fat

ANY EXERCISE WILL HELP....however you will not notice a difference for awhile. Fat around your waist, is the hardest to get rid of (trust me lol) you will lose it everywhere else, before you see a difference there. So just doing crunches or ab exercises will strengthen UNDERNEATH...you won't get a 6pack until you lose all the fat. Spinning is a fun, exciting exercise, and you will burn alot of calories doing it!!!

Why are you complaining? Size 0-1? Honey, you're ultra skinny and if you wan to tone your belly do some cardio and crunches. Must be nice to be a zero rather than a size 5-7

It'll probably help you build muscular thighs, but to target belly fat do your crunches

Try Relacore. relacore reduces cortisol which increases belly fat... or something like that

Spinning will help, but ab crunches and sit-ups are best.
