put some baking soda in drain. Now pour in vinegar. Watch it work. Should take care of smell and will also keep drains unclogged.

Try putting a couple of pieces of ice down the disposal followed with 409 kitchen cleaner and run the disposal. That usually works for mine.

Try filling your sink with hot water and a little bit of baking soda let it sit for a while while the drain is closed, then open the drain and turn on the garbage disposal. :) Hope that helps

With all the stuff that goes down a garbage disposal, they all stink
at times. When you use it you need to always make sure you run
plenty of water to rinse the stuff down. I put about 1/4 cup of mr.clean in mine & let it set for about an hour then rinse it down.
Hope that will work for you.

White vinegar ice cubes. Drop em in and run it with water. You may also want to check to see if your disposal requires occasional de-gunking. Either look it up online by brand, or you can call a plumber for advice.

Have you taken the black rubber drain cover out and scrubbed it? It gets filled with all sorts of gunk and can smell awful. Just pull up on the black rubber drain cover, scrub it and scrub the actual drain of the sink. Pop the cover back in and you are in business.

You probably need a new disposal if none of that worked. It seems it is not working efficiently, maybe a plumber can help.

Run the dishwasher. We used to have this problem in my old apartment and it usually went away after we ran our dishwasher. To prevent it, try to run your dishwasher every now and then and it should be fine.
