I don't think it does re-air. I think the only award ceremony that does several re-airs is the MTV movie awards.
Check out Tonys.org for clips of speeches etc.

The Tony awards, like the Oscars, is a live telecast and is not broadcast again. If you missed it, you missed it. Unless one of your friends taped or TIVO'd it.

Even though you missed it, they do have ALL of the performances on their website, so you can see the good stuff.
