rcb3 is partly right. favre's first pass was caught by favre himself...but it was when he was with the falcons. packers weren't the ones that drafted him...the falcons were.

This is actually the coolest question to answer because it was, seriously, Brett Favre who caught his own pass that was tipped in the air. He played for Green Bay and still does. That was the coolest thing i've ever heard of. An apparent Hall of Fame quarterback's first completion was to himself. That's great!!!
