I've been playing tennis for a few years. I was excited that I made varsity doubles this year. I feel I run even more than anyone one else on the team! A lot of singles players stay on the base line a lot, but still manage to get the ball. What are some good strategies for me?

when you play double, always get to the net and keep pressing your opponents. never play double from baseline.
rule of thumb: whenever you feel uncomfortable with the pace of the match (too fast, too powerful, too slow, whatever) try to change the pace. try to play with your own pace and not your opponents.
good luck.

the best way you can improve your tennis game is to find a washed up former tennis star, offer him some milk and cookies and tell him or her that you need help with your backstroke
