I got it...but It's not as great as msn 7.5 ...should I kee[ it...are there any extra thing I haven't seen yet?

Sorry people that like messenger beta...but I'd rather wait until all my friends have it so that I know what I'm doing...sorry!

beta basically means it hasn't been properly tested and it's a work in progress it will have bugs and problems. stick with the old faithful

I have used the MSN Live Beta. . . I haven't had any problems with it. On an up-side, it has the ability to send messages to people when they aren't online. They'll get your message when they log in.

The downside to that is it doesn't work if they log off and have a cell phone tied to their MSN account for when they're not at the PC. Unless you have kept your conversation window open, it will send new messages to their cell instead.

I haven't had any drops or connection issues, and the 'invite a friend to play a game' thingy-mabob appears to work still as well.

It's actually already a big improvement on 7.5, sign on speed is faster.
It looks better.
And on the 16th they're gonna force everyone to upgrade anyway.
