It depends on how old she is and what she likes. If you find out what she likes, then you can get her what she is into and she'll like it.

You can't go wrong with jewelry or flowers.Clothes can be a little trickier so only if you know her tastes. Offering to make her a romantic dinner and giving a back rub afterwards,with NO expectations of sex,is a nice touch. If she likes music you can always buy her a CD. My last thought has worked for me in the past. Take her to the beach(or what ever is beautiful and close),surprise her with a picnic lunch,and a poem or song that you wrote just for her.
