A Japanese graceful bow, a sweaty guitarist, a soft-spoken woman, a rugged man digging ditches without a shirt, the sensations of water on my skin, the look my dog gave me when she was alive, the ravages of war as captured in photographs, the moment a stranger decides to become my friend, vulnerability, when music defines the moment, when he showed me his garden and I ate the berries he picked with his hands, the way I feel right now.

Beauty is the sunlight after a storm
It is the rain on the mountian
I icey fog from your lips
on a cold winters morn
It is the warmth of your fingertips
on my skin
It is the way the sun shines
in your hair
Beauty is the way a genuine laugh
rises from deep within
Beauty is the first flutter of your eye
after a long night with little sleep
It is the last day of Kindergarten
When the Little bag of Achievements
is brought home
in her little precious hands
Beauty is a home cooked dinner
that turned out right for once
And the smiles of the Loved ones
that eat it
Beauty is in the eye of the beholder
It is what makes you happy
and causes pleasure inside you....

Its defintion is endless
according to the heart that wishes to
define it....

Beauty lies in the eye of the beholder. It is a relative term differing from man to man. Some see beauty in the sea or crop fields, others in the dark desolating landscapes, some find beauty in what are commonly defined as good looking people and others in what is commonly defined as ugly people. So I think that beauty and one's view on it is what defines him as a person.
My view of beauty is a road going between two rows of rusty trees in the middle of autumn, benches on both sides, but nobody on them. Not a single soul in sight. It's the afternoon and the leaves are falling constantly but still the trees are Rich. And what would be even more beautiful would be not to walk on the road but to slowly fly above it.

To me beauty means the following:

an early sunrise in the country, not a soul around, birds starting to chirp. animals at peace all around.

a frosty winter morning, when the moisture has turned everything into a winter wonderland.

the gentle nicker of a mare calling to her newborn foal, only halfway delivered.....simply amazing

the fierceness, power and also gentleness of a stallion....just awesome

a man full of himself, with the devil displayed in his eyes.

a woman walking down the street, knowing she has the world by the tail and stopping traffic....:))

that's just some of the things that are beautiful.

I like Ranier Maria Rilke's words from his Duino Elegies: Beauty is nothing but the beginning of terror we are still able to bear.

beauty is joy; it is to enjoy the simplest thing through the eye of an innocent child, so one is blind toward ugliness of others.

beauty is kindness; it is to shower love to others, so one forgets to pay attention to ugliness of self.

if beauty is what attracts people and anyone who has joy and kindness will produce glow that attracts anyone anywhere anytime, then that person has beauty.

What you have posed is not a question. I would call it more of a request. Putting a question mark behind such a sentence does not automatically make it a question.

Beauty came to me twice. It is in my five year old's eyes and my three year old's laughs.
