This is a great question----but complicated. It is complicated by the word, "best."
I say this because everyone's opinion of what's bad, what's good, what's not bad, or what's not good is all based upon our own individual values, our experiences, our cultures, and other variables such as race/ethnic group, geographic location, age, etc.
Personally, I believe that the "best" music in the world is the music which makes you a happy and productive human being. The kind of music which inspires you to live in a way that will be a benefit to those with whom you come contact on a daily basis is the "best" music in the world.
