Actually I believe he had two sons and four daughters. We're talking about the prophet Muhammad, right?

Two sons: Abdullah and Al Qasem
Four Daughters: Zainab, Ruqayyah, Umm Kulthum, and Fatima

There are many different ideas. I believe he did have sons I dont know how many, but they died at a very early age so that's why people dont know exactly how many. The only child that survived and was the dearest person to the prophet was Fatimah!

If you are talking about the Prophet Muhammad, he had five children from his wife Khadijah: one son, Al Qasim, who died when he was a baby and four daughters Zaynab, Ruqayah, Fatimah, and Om Kolthoom.
