We Have To Press One For English Now-a-Days, Due To the Fact That The English Language Has Now Become The Minority In The United States! Sucks Yes. I Learned More Espanol Working At Wal-Mart Than I Did In Higschool! Shows How Much Has Changed In The Last 5 Years. We Are The Minority Now.

That's a good question......English is the 2nd most widely spoken language in the world with only 500 million + people speaking it........so it really should be option 2.
Chineese speakers, on the other hand, should be able to press 1 since it is the most widely spoken language in the world with over 1 billion people speaking it.

In the United States we are respectful of other cultures, religions, and languages. If one traced their family line back 600 years I am quite certain less than 5% would find their families living in the United States. Also, it really comes down to customer service. As a service provider it is important to appeal to all demographics.

Because some companies choose to cater to customers who may not use English (whatever the other language option/s may be). This is AMERICA. Those companies are exercising freedom of choice. If you disagree, then simply refuse to conduct business with them. That is YOUR freedom of choice.

Because unlike our ancestors who had to learn english to survive here, today immigrants would rather turn our wonderful country into thier country of origin and drag us down, why work for what the goverment will freely hand you!

Because of all the foreigners crowding the states that dont speak English! so our lives are made more difficult for it- we have to accomdate them.
