my mom died i don't know the name of the lawyer and need her last will and testimate how can i find it?

I have no record of my moms will and need help finding it how can i find it without lawyers name

I would think it would have to be filed with some sort of court.
I would go to the courthouse and find out.

Ask someone else in your family, or a close friend of hers. Why would we know anything, we dont even know you?
