Well im from the uk, its not illegal to watch porno most of my mates were watching when they were 13 etc, i mean obvisouly they cant buy it in the shop, but u could donwload it n your m8s pass it along as boyz will be boyz, and im sure the laydess do too.
its totally normal, just dont give out to anyone underage

Sooner or later, we all get caught at whatever we do. The internet is monitored via the "routers" where you have no access to. The sites visited are recorded in the router's log file (there are many routers between you and the site you are viewing). Some agencies monitor the access points and, if a flag goes up, say Child pornography, then it is monitored for further traffic. If it warrants an investigation, one will be started by the appropriate authorities and action can be taken. Don't be fooled, pornography is serious, your PARENTS may slap your wrist; however, major governments take child abuse/pronography VERY serious. Continual viewing could identify a child predator alarm and they WILL be watching you. No harm/no foul doesn't work here. Don't get involved in this VERY addictive, life killing habit. It WILL catch up to you someday...

Well, watching porn while other folks are in the immediate vicinity or have a chance of walking into the immediate vicinity would be the best way to get caught. Leaving porn in the history folder and cookies of your pc is also a great way to get caught.
It's only illegal depending on what part of the world your from.

Providing it isnt the under age stuff she should be ok, the easiest way to get caught is by someone checking your pc and what you have viewed. You need to ensure she cleans it properly.

I would seriously doubt she'd get any more than a slapped backside from her parents if she got caught.
Lots of people watch porn, especially at that age, as people are learning and experimenting.

She is 16, it is not a big deal. Most teenagers have interest of some degree with pornography. I would not worry about it.

well because she is 16 all she will get is a slap on the wrist.. and long as she doesnt give it to somebody younger and no body older is supply her with the tapes/media etc
