That is a product name. It's probably just 134 in a different box. Which increased in price last year. R-12 systems just need to be vaccumed out, plug in 1 ounce of line conditioner, 2 ounces of ester oil, and then refrigerant. The conditioner and oil come in a single canister and can be purchased at your local parts store. Sometimes, I have just turned on my vaccume pump and stuck my hose in a can of ester oil and measured out 2 oz and push it into the system without using conditioner. You have to use ester oil, though. Good luck.
