What year van? If it's a '96 up van there is a good possibility that the fan relay is defective. Quite a few of these vans were recalled for this problem. Note, it is critical that both screws retaining the relay be installed and tight!! The relay uses the vehicles' frame for a heat-sink, so if a screw is broken, it will quickly ruin the relay! If it's a '95 or older van, WITH THE ENGINE AND KEY OFF, try spinning the fans by hand. They should spin freely. If one or both bind, the fan motor(s) are defective and need replacement (plus it probably has "opened" one or two fuses. Some of these vans had both Low and High speed fans, with a separate fuse for each speed. HTH!! Good Luck!!

check your fuse box the fuse should be a small black box 1 inch by 1 inch or so you can take it to auto zone or parts house and they can check it for you. It's more of a cellanoid than fuse thow its just in the fuse box had the same problem

CHECK your fuses! It could be a fuse that blew. If not go to the dealership or some other auto repair shop and have them check it out.
